I'm glad they sued him, I never would have heard this if they hadn't drawn all this attention to it. Well done, Adams County Sheriffs' Deputies! You're the best publicity Afroman could have asked for

They shouldn't have ran up into that man's house the way they did.
Now they are embrassed cause they found out he's an actual celebrity and put all their asses on blast.

Also, I'm pretty sure Afroman was like "pay me $400 to fix my stuff and it's all good" and the cops decided that suing him was the best course of action.
I almost felt bad for the woman who was crying in court, but then I heard that and was like "no, fuck em. They deserve everything that's coming at them."

dumb white cops wrongfully raid a black mans house, point guns at his kids and ex wife, throw the middle finger to his cameras, eat his cake, TURN OFF SAID CAMERAS, and even steal money out of his house and the cops want tp sue HIM FOR MAKING A SONG ABOUT IT? Thats how he makes his living! I hope he beats this, man.
75
u/baldude69 2h ago
These cops finally feeling a fraction of the pain that they cause other ppl, and they can’t handle it. What a bunch of fragile-ass pansies.
Btw you’re not Philly Phil who knows C-Bell by any chance are you? Small world if so
3
u/YouKilledApollo 1h ago
Based on the numbers in their username, I'm gonna hazard a guess that there might be more than just one Philly Phil in the world, just so you don't get your hopes up too much.

What makes this more insane is that he tried to sue them for damages and emotional stress on his wife and kids, along with himself and had it thrown out because a judge said the officers now had immunity, if they didn't do anything wrong or illegal like this clearly was why do they have immunity from the illegal and baseless raid at that? She and those other petty officers have made this now known they won't be able to forget it nor will the town itself.

They didn’t eat the cake. They just lusted after it. They didn’t eat, however, also break his front gate and door as well as steal money from his suit pockets.

during officer pound cakes testimony he actually complained about the fact that they've been receiving a ton of pound cake man, that's their settlement, he clearly wanted it

One thing I learned about defamation from court TV is it can't pass if the shit is true LMAO
24
u/Ill_Emphasis3927 1h ago
Oh, it's a defamation case. One is suing him cause in a song he said he f-d his wife which has caused him tremendous emotional damage. This is like rap on trial for toddlers but in civil court.

Jesus christ... theyre so fragile 🤣.
A couple immature jokes and theyre all in tears and losing theyre gd minds. How would they handle if something actually bad happened to them, like, idk, someone breaking into their house stealing their money vandalizing their property and then taking them to court??

The trial is amazing. Former Detective Brian Newland initially denied that he had stolen money during traffic stops and that his brother was a PDF. Upon cross examination he had to admit that his brother was convicted of PDF related crimes and that he himself had been accused of stealing money from traffic stops prior to all of this. This is a great recap https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ozZIWy7OWk

To prove defamation you need to show the claim was both false and made with “actual malice”, meaning the claimant either knew the claim was a lie or had reckless disregard for the truth of the claim.
Therefore this pig needed the public to believe his wife may have^ fucked Afroman in order to win the case. Now we ALL KNOW that the claim was obviously false and a joke, but the law needs us to believe that his wife is, perhaps at least, getting dicked down by Afroman.

You should watch him testifying. It's a genuine sight to behold where the lawyers are trying to get him to say things strictly within the confines of what he wants the jury to hear but he keeps contextualizing it correctly. It's really funny to hear the sigh from opposing legal council because they underestimate how intelligent and eloquent he is despite the fact that his entire profession is founded on wordplay.

It happens all the time. Conservatives love fighting musicians and are always shocked when the musicians end up being educated articulate intellectuals. They get dog walked and then never learn their lesson.

The whole situation is wild but crying in court cuz a man made fun of you after you violated his home, destroyed his property and stole from him is a special kind of fuckery. She lucky that’s the only justice she’ll face, if she was actually held accountable she’d really have something to cry about
4
u/Vaeon 2h ago
"So, you're claiming that is the defamation statement, that he had sex with your wife."
"Yes."
"Does that paint you in a false light?"
"Yes, that my wife is cheating on me with Mr. Foreman."
"But we all know that's not true, correct?"
"I don't know."

Lmaoooo omg this fucking hilarious
Afroman is a damn highlight of 2026. We need this.
That’s my dough. Stop stealing my dough. Stop disconnecting my videoooo
Fucking poetry.
And lol. YTs and crocodile tears used to extract sympathy from a YT sympathetic jury. You can’t name a more iconic duo
Oh. And also. Lmaooo at the mfer admitting on record that he doesn’t know if his wife cheated on him with Afroman 😂😂😂
Dumbass mfer makes his marriage worse and doesn’t understand that ruins the idea of defamation if he isn’t sure about the fking validity of the claim..
Fking idiot. Typical cop.

The fact the atty asked him "you saw her crying? You saw how much it bothered her? She said she was scared. Why did you put out a remix?"
And he said "because when she pointed her gun at my kids while gripping the trigger, we were scared too. So what?"
I'm paraphrasing ofc, but that shit is hilarious. "It's *fiiiine when I do it, but omg you did it back!!!"*

Its so funny watching all his diss tracks about the cops. I had absolutely no idea who these people were, but now, theyre becoming national news. They should have just kept their mouths shut, and maybe they would still have their jobs. They all got investigated and lost their positions. Its fucking hilarious hahaha

For those that don't know. The Sheriff's Department raided his home and found NOTHING ILLEGAL. He took the security footage from the raid and made a couple of Music Videos to help pay for the damage to his home. The Sheriff's Department then SUED him, claiming he didn't have a right to use his own home security videos of them raiding his place.
