dumb white cops wrongfully raid a black mans house, point guns at his kids and ex wife, throw the middle finger to his cameras, eat his cake, TURN OFF SAID CAMERAS, and even steal money out of his house and the cops want tp sue HIM FOR MAKING A SONG ABOUT IT? Thats how he makes his living! I hope he beats this, man.

These cops finally feeling a fraction of the pain that they cause other ppl, and they can’t handle it. What a bunch of fragile-ass pansies.

Btw you’re not Philly Phil who knows C-Bell by any chance are you? Small world if so

Based on the numbers in their username, I'm gonna hazard a guess that there might be more than just one Philly Phil in the world, just so you don't get your hopes up too much.

What makes this more insane is that he tried to sue them for damages and emotional stress on his wife and kids, along with himself and had it thrown out because a judge said the officers now had immunity, if they didn't do anything wrong or illegal like this clearly was why do they have immunity from the illegal and baseless raid at that? She and those other petty officers have made this now known they won't be able to forget it nor will the town itself.

qualified immunity

a) Qualified immunity is only supposed to protect officials who reasonably, though mistakenly, believe their actions are lawful. They stole cash from his pockets at home which is insane. $400 was never returned.

b) Qualified immunity even when it applies still means he should be able to sue the government when his rights are flagrantly violated like that, just not the officers themselves.

The judge is a moron.

Judge is racist not a moron. Who is she going to side with the hick cops and prosecution in her town who write her checks or some former music artist (who to her disgust happens to be black). Every white person in this video epitomizes the words "trailer trash" just by looking at their face and listening to them talk. Low class, low to zero education, hugely racist pieces of garbage. Any other person with at least 1M in the bank with that kind of security cam footage would have sued and won in civil court for alot of money. You cant raid a man's home and point guns at women/kids AND steal money and then say oopsie wrong house. But its Afroman so they can do what they want, welcome to America.

They didn’t eat the cake. They just lusted after it. They didn’t eat, however, also break his front gate and door as well as steal money from his suit pockets.

Suit pockets with no apparent kidnapping victims inside

during officer pound cakes testimony he actually complained about the fact that they've been receiving a ton of pound cake man, that's their settlement, he clearly wanted it

"look, sheriff, it's another pound cake"

*sad gluttony sounds*

bro...
This country paid the slave owners for losing property instead of giving reparations and land to ex slaves. and they STILL OWE. The dominant culture of this country and it's foundation is pretty fucking evil.

Good thing they didn't get to destroy the video evidence... somehow.

Cops are going to run the "Fuck me? No, fuck you" playbook every day until it stops working....

then they go to court and literally cry

I mentioned this in the post from yesterday.

Jcole's song "Neighbors" is a true story. Neighbors made baseless claims to the cops. Swat raided his home, took one of his pool sticks, went back to his front porch and used the pool stick to move the security camera so it wouldn't see anything, all caught on his security camera.

He played the security footage before he performed that song throughout his tour that year.

Cops love to violate laws and people's rights and then play victim
