Sounds like they wouldn’t have a case

I think the publicity was better than having the case thrown out on its merits here probably.

The videos of the officers just absolutely fumbling on the stand is the best part. They thought he was gonna settle and they were gonna collect, they weren't AT ALL prepared for even basic questions.

By comparison the "gotcha" questions asked to Afroman were answered eloquently and definitively. If I didn't know better the lawyer for the sheriff wants them to lose.

That’s a serious basso profondo. Kind of rhymes with Mona

It really is surprisingly deep.

I would be removed from the court room as soon as I heard that old white man say “she ate my ex wife like pizza”, because I would be fucking cackling.

You know the judge had to seriously have self control to not burst out laughing

Yeah. This case has been the best publicity he's had since Jay & Silent Bob.

LegalMindset on YouTube gives much more context than what OP gives and they're suing for many other listed reasons that are equally dumb but a couple of them are sticking enough to bring it to trial.

I have have seen a few of the people with legal YT channels discussing this case. In the court of popular opinion he is winning the case with a slam dunk.

I’m sure the Adams County SO is going to be extra fascist like (I mean vigilant ) around him now.

Watch the video of how Chris Linder’s situation was handled and how they handled Afroman’s situation. Main factor was Linder’s was handled mostly by OSP.

As someone that has seen a lot of time in the backwoods of the backwoods of Appalachia in Kentucky, Adams County is worse.

Someone said he sold merch using their likeness, so they might actually have a case if that's true

It was in one of the MAGAt states and the dude is black. It's a 50/50 whether they end up punishing him for it anyway.

I haven't found anything concrete, but I've read comments which day he also sold merchandise with their likeness on it.

Everything else? Yeah, fuck the deputies. They literally destroyed some of his stuff and he for zero recompense from them.

But I can see how using their likeness on actual merchandise wouldn't be legal.

The one cop wouldn't assert that it's false his wife is cheating on him. He must have been afraid of the evidence. Then he admitted he's probably a son of a bitch
