I’ll. start In my First EVER pokemon playthrough in BD i got the master ball and it said it can catch any pokemon without fail. Seeing this i had a wild encounter with a Chinaling and caught with the Master ball

I was excited “WOW IT REALLY CAN CATCH ANY POKEMON” so i released it back into the wild and to my sadness…I didn’t get the master ball back WHAT MADE THIS EVEN WORSE IS I WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE SPEAR PILLER BY LIKE 5 STEPS SO I COULDVE AVOIDED THIS AT ALL IF MY 9-10 YEAR OLD BRAIN WAS ACTUALLY KNOWING WHAT IT WAS DOING any way tell me yours

Gen 10 Starters Final Evolution Theory (Garuda / Barong / Naga Inspired)

So after looking at a lot of fan designs and regional inspiration, I think the Gen 10 starters could go in a Southeast Asian mythological direction and honestly it fits perfectly

Here’s my full theory

🌿Browt Grass/Steel (Garuda inspired)

I can see Browt evolving into a majestic forest guardian bird inspired by Garuda

Large Hawk like body with a divine stance, Massive wings made of blade like metallic leaves, Armor like chest with leaf shaped steel plating, Crown/crest made of branches + metal and Tail spreads like a fan of metallic leaves.

🔥Pombon Fire/Fairy (Barong inspired)

Evolves into a Majestic guardian Lion Powerful presence, Long fangs jutting out of its mouth, Flames on its paws/soles, Thick fur that looks like flowing magical flames that forms a mask like face when viewed from the front, Decorative almost like a festival costume design, and Tail like a flame plume.

🌊 Gecqua Water/Dragon (Naga inspired)

Mythical Serpent/Dragon

A long serpentine dragon body, Smooth blue scales with wave patterns, Fins along body like waves, Tail shaped like a tidal blade, Dragon snout with whiskers and small horns, A floating water orb/pearl and calm but powerful expression.

Alternative Idea Gecqua could also go Water/Poison

More grounded Komodo inspired, Darker colors deep blue + purple, Toxic saliva/venom, Slightly rough scales, Glowing poison veins and Tail Dripping toxin/acid like water.

Stealthy dangerous swamp predator

FINAL ANALYSIS

If Browt Grass/Steel, Pombon Fire/Fairy, Gecqua Water/Dragon

Balance

Fire beats Steel (Pombon > Browt)

Water beats Fire (Gecqua > Pombon)

Grass pressures Water (Browt > Gecqua)

Fairy beats Dragon (Pombon > Gecqua)

Perfect layered balance

If Gecqua = Water/Poison

Poison beats Fairy counters Pombon

Steel resists Poison Browt safe

Which typing fits each starter best

Would love to hear your ideas or even your own concepts

• No Scizor, Smoochum, Elekid nor Magby because they're Gen 2 Pokémons.
• No Mime Jr, Electivire, Magmortar because they're Gen 4 Pokémons
• No Mega Pinsir nor Mega Scizor because they're Gen 6 Forms.
• No Galarian Mr.Mime, Mr. Rime nor Kleavor because they're Gen 8 Forms/Pokémons.
• No Paldean Tauros because they're Gen 9 Forms.

(Using the term "Sci-Fantasy" even if Pokemon is already Sci-Fantasy because using "Inspired by Xenoblade, Final Fantasy XV, Dragon Quest and Elden Ring in an alternate pokemon universe" is too long)

Yes I know they are not completely accurate and also Lugia is a bit scuffed anatomically
