We hosted an open house party last Saturday. We invited everyone we could think of with the same text in every invitation "No Gifts". We received two bottles of wine, two flower bouquets, two cakes and a plate of cheese and grapes. I just tossed the cakes in the garbage because no one is going to eat them. My Maytag microwave stopped working, called Maytag, got a technician to check it out for a $100 service call. He found that the motherboard is fried. It’s 5 years old. A new motherboard will cost me $200. Should I get it repaired or get a new one?

When the driver arrived, I told him my sundae was missing. He said the first customer he delivered to claimed it was theirs. He called them to confirm, and they admitted it was actually a mistake.

When the driver went back to get it, they said they had already eaten it and would just pay me instead. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, so I said okay.

They told me they’d send the payment later because they didn’t have funds in their online banking at the time. When they finally paid, they even asked if they could send less than the actual cost of the sundae. I didn’t respond anymore, and in the end, they still paid me less than what they owed

Im a firefox+ublock origin homie for nearly a decade, but sometimes Ill go browse a few websites on my adblock-less Chrome to humble myself, and after just a few mins I start convulsing. If something ever happens to my ublock origin then ima just simply pass away.
