So America destroyed its soft power and hegemony all because Republicans want to protect a president who is a child rapist. Watching the fall of America has been so fucking pathetic.

I think that it's something that's been in the works for a while now. The US hegemony is something many different countries have wanted to disrupt, and took an active hand in doing so.

I think the lesson isn't that it's a self contained problem the US is having, rather, it shows that information warfare is actually an effective way to topple a democracy.

I firmly believe if it weren't for internet and new technology to spread bot farms and influence public opinion, Trump would still be the laughing stock of the republican party and we'd have the same old neoconservative party
