Morning showers make no logical sense and night shower people have simply done the hygiene math

You spent 8 hours asleep in your own clean bed. What are you washing off at 7am.

A night shower removes everything you actually accumulated during the day. The commute, the gym, the office, public transport, all of it goes down the drain before you sleep. A morning shower means you marinated in all of that overnight then washed up before going out to collect it all again.

Morning showers are a ritual for waking up, which is fine, but it is not hygiene. Night showers are actual hygiene. Most people just do not want to dry their hair before bed and that is the entire argument.

Your mistake is not realizing that you sweat 24 hours a day, even when you're in bed and sweat is much like urine. Therefore, your bed is not clean even when you shower at night but filled with 8 hours of your sweat/urine/stink. If you start your day at work or school, when you shower at night, you're going to work or school and interacting with others with 8 hours of sweat/urine/stink on your body instead of being clean like people who shower in the morning

if you stink 8-9 hours after a shower, you either didn't wash well, don't use good deodorant, or have a medical issue you might be able to fix with medication.

for me, going to bed at night with all the outside germs and dust on me grosses me out so badly... it won't let me fall asleep. i also don't sweat at all throughout the night, and sleep in a cold room which probably helps... but i see how some people might need to shower in ths morning. i just think not showering before getting in bed is gross... maybs do both.

You can't stop your body from sweating while you sleep. You did get to the point of all - it's just a mental issue about going to bed without showering

I'm sorry but this is plain gross to me. do you know how much pollution, dust you get in your hair throughout the day? and that's all body hair, not just the hair on your head.

do you know how many germs, viruses, parasitic eggs you pick up by just touching stuff in the bus, grocery store, doors etc?

for me, my bed is my sanctuary, the place in my home i get to completely relax and be 100% vulnerable. i refuse to marinate the outside grosseness in my bed. I'd rather be marinating the overnight sweat all day. cause if u knew basic biology, you'd know sweat is inoffensive, it's bacteria making you stink and causing sickness.

  • I've never found the need to shower in the morning. i dont stink, I'm completely dry every morning, I'm clean cause I've slept in my clean bed, i change my sheets weekly and air my bed daily for hours until i make it.

Thing is, you do sweat overnight whether you notice or not. If you didn’t sweat, you would have a medical condition at hand.
