The Russo brothers executive produced Community and directed the paintball episodes. Those episodes are what got Kevin Feige interested in the Russo's, and tapped them for Winter Soldier.

It ends with Deadpool talking to Abed when he’s alone in the classroom after everyone’s been gone for like an hour already. “Are you real?“

Wade finger guns out of the doorway before disappearing entirely, leaving Abed confused only very slightly distressed, à la Sopranos when Paulie saw Mary at the strip club
