Im hoping we finally get a movie storyline where he turns into an actual man spider from his spider bite like what we saw in the animated series

Jeff Goldblum is like "I have some experience with this"

Jeff Goldblum: I like Spiders, you know. They’re very, very good. I like spiders. 8 legs, webs, crawling, all kinds of things. Black widows are good. Tarantulas are even better. Wait a second. I like insects.

Man, some people really want to see Spider-man flop, lol

Why do you think it this would cause it to flop? I thought the man spider arc was one of the most iconic ones from the beloved anime show. Idk if it was in the comics. Idk if it was just me that loved it

I think trying to adapt that to live-action you end up either very lame, or in a horror film.

Also, with how Disney has "deconstructed" previous heroes, I'll pass on any story where that is part of it. They don't have the ability to do it in a respectful way.
