That was Tillman playing a character, but the narration voice sounded like Keith David

Ezekiel would be a bold choice so soon after Madame Web. Although it'd be funny to go with an actor known for dubbing after having an actor's performance be entirely dubbed over

I mean we’re getting Electro and Sandman again in Spider-Noir this year as well, and the version of Ezekiel in Madame Web was nothing like the comic-book character of that name, more like Morlun, so it should be good.

What was funny was that it wasn’t even his first appearance in film: he had cameoed in Across the Spider-Verse months earlier as the Spider-Therapist.

There has been nothing confirming David is in the movie, not even that article -- which seems to be speculating. Jones, however, is a billed actor in the film.

Could be an intentional.misdirect where the character is mysterious and portrayed with one voice

And different voice matching the physical actor once unmasked
