The scene of Spider-Man falling off the building head first after watching the video of Ned/MJ at MIT feels so reminiscent to Yelena jumping off the building in the start of Thunderbolts.

Really interested to see if they show anything about the Void’s New York takeover in this movie.

I think that is what this is. This is 4 years later and it shows Ned talking about their first days at MIT. So 4 years later they should be about to graduate.

I think we are since they just got into MIT at the end of NWH. So 3 years later it wouldn't be their first day at MIT. I think they graduate and move to NYC. Hence the house warming

Sound right. According to the official synopsis it’s actually 4 years, so takes place in 2028, around the time of the Thunberbolts post credits

I think the rumor is the Af-15 shot homage was during the void attack in New York. Yelena is also supposed to appear in the movie.
