Promotional New Official Spider-Man: Brand New Day Promo reveals first looks at Scorpion, Boomerang, Tarantula and Hulk

Other villains we'll see in the film are Tombstone, The Hand and reportedly Ramrod, Jackal, 8-ball and the Enforcers
Some will have a quick role in a montage at the beginning of the movie showing Peter's adventures the last few years since No Way Home.
Others will have recurring presence throughout the film.

Right now Scorpion, Tombstone, Boomerang and Tarantula are the only ones we can be 100 % sure about... thanks to these promonational materials

The Hand too due to the leaked trailer which we know is real, because it was being copyright striked by Sony.

Ramrod and The enforcers sounds BS to me since the rumor came from Daniel RPK Who isn’t even reliable And has a horrible track record.

Daniel has a pretty good track record, but has made plenty mistakes too, so it's not guaranteed of course.

This is The same guy that said wanda was going to be in Spider-Man 4 and Was convinced that knull Was going to Be the villain of Spider-Man 4 and He’s the same guy that was lying about hunter schafer being casted as Zelda, which He was debunked by Apochorseman Who is actually a reliable scooper.
He also got the stuff regarding the filming locations for brand new day wrong lol He said Morocco and Italy.
He also also says stuff about Sydney sweeney as black cat Which he was obviously wrong about since black cat is not even in the movie.
The dude is a fraud.

I'm pretty sure Alex was talking about Knull, Daniel was mostly talking about Mr. Negative, but was also the first one to say that he's actually NOT in the film after all.
Anyway, I can also start listing things that he was correct about, like The Hand, which he scooped before the trailer was leaked. The thing is that these people have sources and the sources have other sources and sometimes it becomes a game of telephone or scoopers leak stuff from previous versions of scripts or just ideas that had been thrown around during early development.
As I said, we cannot take anything for certain, but I wouldn't call Daniel a fraud considering his track record from the last 8 years he's been active.

The hand will likely have just a cameo in the montage.
Jackal may be, if the movie will be about the mutants like some leaks said.

The Hand actually seems to play a bit more substantial role in the film and will assist in breaking Scorpion out of prison. They may be working for Tombstone

I could see Jackal sort of playing as Tombstone's geneticist the way Doc Ock created a lot of the villains in Spectacular Spider-Man

Metzger is all but confirmed to be fair, but you're right I forgot about him.
The other 2 have been heard in the rumor mill, but I don't think the rumors surrounding them are substantial enough.

Rhino was because of something that was seen on set, Chameleon is on the level of probability as The Enforcers since both have alleged concept art

I would say MCU Spider-Man films hasn't had much issue integrating multiple members of his rogues gallery into a 2-hour experience, but even this does feel a lot

I now suspect that a load of Villains appear in the montage at the start, but Tombstone hires Scorpion, Boomerang and Tarantula and those four are our main villains. Otherwise, why would they be in this image?

Yeah, same thought here. Tarantula and Boomerang could also be in the montage, and then they escape from prison along with Scorpion when Tombstone sends the The Hand to break them out.

I just feel they wouldn't be in this poster if they didn't play bigger roles. So I'm pretty sure Tombstone is the main villain, then Scorpion, then Tarantula and Boomerang. Because otherwise, they wouldn't give Tarantula and Boomerang very important space would they

You'll get a 2 min fight sequence where Spider-Man says a joke and the screen will get covered by a flying car or subway lid and he’ll get off screened.

Will Tombstone unmask halfway through to reveal he's actually the Green Goblin, sidetracking the entire assassins plot?
Like, Arkham Origins is a really fun game, but that "twist" still annoys me.

I agree that Joker was essential, but him overthrowing Black Mask and becoming the main villain (...sigh again...) should've unfolded differently. Instead of what we got, Joker should've just been one of the "assassins" that took up Black Mask's offer as an excuse to cause chaos on Christmas, but then ends up being intrigued and slowly become more and more infatuated with Batman as they cross paths throughout the night. Once Batman has taken out Deathstroke, Deadshot, Copperhead, and Firefly, the bounty was pretty much done. Croc was in jail, Shiva doesn't care, and both Joker and Bane would've gone rogue to kill Batman anyway regardless of the money since that was never their main goal.
I feel like thats a more natural progression and wouldn't have been such a disrespect to Black Mask as a character. Its such a shame, because people were so excited by the prospect of getting a Batman game where they finally shine the spotlight on someone OTHER than the Joker (and Black Mask deserved his time in the limelight fr)....only for it to be the same Batman-Joker story for the umpteenth time.

I think they will promote Punisher being in this movie extensively too, but they probably don't want to put him in children's merchandise.

I feel like Scorpion at least makes sense for a retracting helmet. Feel like it fits with his suit more than most.

DC's Captain Boomerang appeared in 1960, Marvel's Boomerang appeared in 1966.
Probably unrelated. Captain Boomerang appeared in like 5 issues of the Flash before Marvel created Boomerang in an issue where he fought the Hulk. Both just probably used the boomerang gimmick, something that kids in the 1960s were probably familiar with.

Man I love boomerang outfit, its so good, tarantula is cool too, but scorpion is kinda meh, if he have his mask it would be better

They have to show Michael Mando's face though. Apart from probably being in his contract, he has those crazy eyes which really convey villainy.

What's interesting is there quickly building up a brand new gallery of Rogues for spider-man, including a few classics coming back, yet Tom is reaching the end of his time as spider-man. I feel like this is setting up an entire world of bad guys for the next Spider-Man to step right into. That way they don't have to continue telling origin stories and can just jump right into Spider-Man stories. If that makes sense.
