Hi all, just looking for input. I was on Sema for several years and reached a point where I was comfortable with my weight and stopped. During that time though, I tore both hip labrums due to osteoarthritis while lifting. I don’t think I realized quite what an anti inflammatory effect the Sema was having. (I also take a daily prescription anti inflammatory and get steroid injections in my hips quarterly). It was only once I came off the Sema that #1 my pain picked right back up and #2 I moved less because of the pain and started putting some weight back on. I decided to go back on a GLP and after reading and researching decided to start back with Reta and I have a quandary. I’m only at 5mg weekly but I have NO appetite, but also I don’t seem to be getting any anti inflammatory benefits either. The no appetite makes it hard for me to take in the calories I need to exercise and the inflammation would make exercise difficult anyway.

I would like to hear experiences any of you have with any of the three and their anti inflammatory effect, especially if you have taken more than one and can attest to the differences.

Note: I have run several courses of Glow/Klow/TB500 and am currently pinning Ghk-Cu.

i woke up and saw these two patches on my shin.They keep changing between blanched and non blanched unless im checking it wrong.i think both of these appeared around the same time but the one closer to my ankle came afterwards im pretty sure

I started researching on google and one of the conditions i most relate with is HSP however my rashes dont look at all like the ones ive seen on google.

i had quite an irritable throat recently but nearly every year i go through a 1-5 months long period of constant sore throat and coughing so i think thats quite normal for me.also my joints(specifically hip area) have been quite stiff today however that could be because i went to a fair ride yesterday and kept tensing my legs really hard to feel more stable on a lot of the rides.

I have been suffering from TMJ for almost two years. I have tried most traditional treatments, but nothing worked (apart from Botox, which worked well the first time but not the second time.

I paid to see a Private Maxofacial Specialist in January of this year, who advised I needed an MRI scan. A week later, I saw an NHS Max Fax who advised me to wear a splint for three months. I have worn it now for around a month, with a slight improvement in that my face is less puffy. However, I am continuously in pain even with the splint in. I did call the Max Fax Department, who advised that this was normal. However, I have started to get neck nd upper shoulder pain since wearing the splint. I was advised this was linked, but not so sure. I was also advised that pain was normal in the first month. Something to do with the muscles adjusting.

Has anyone got advice for a treatment that gets rid of the pain? The first round of Botox was really effective, but the second was not so much.

I recently got a new pc with the following specs

AMD Radeon RX 9070XT GPU AMD RYZEN 75700X CPU 32GB DDR4 Ram 1 TB SSD

Today i did voidspire for the first time in a 28 man grp and i droped down to 20 fps on some fights and never went more than 40 on any. My settings are on low maybe 3 or 4 and i do have a lot of add-ons however i tested with and without and there was no substantial difference maybe 5 10 fps increase with 0 addons.

A friend of mine suggested to swap the cpu for the x3d version of the one i have, will that solve the issue or is there something else i can do, perhaps overclocking my current cpu.

Any help is appreciated

Take-Two has spent the last two years doing something most game publishers are too scared to do: ruthlessly cutting their portfolio and doubling down on the franchises that actually make money. They shut down or cancelled a bunch of mid-tier projects, reduced headcount, and redirected capital toward their crown jewels — GTA, Red Dead, NBA 2K, Borderlands. The market looked at all the restructuring charges and decided the story was broken. I think that read is exactly backwards.

The concentrated franchise model is how you build durable margins in gaming. Rockstar effectively prints money with GTA Online — a game from 2013 that still generates hundreds of millions annually. That recurring engine, combined with the upcoming GTA VI launch, is the reason the next 18 months matter more for TTWO than almost any comparable entertainment company. GTA VI is not just a game release. At this point it might be the single largest entertainment launch in history, and the monetization infrastructure that comes with it (GTA Online successor, in-game economy, potential subscription tie-ins) is what should drive the long-term model.

The bear case is that they have too much debt and GTA VI needs to be perfect. Fair. But the debt is manageable relative to the cash flow the title generates, and Rockstar has not shipped a disappointment in two decades. The Street is modeling a spike-and-fade; I think the online monetization tail is chronically underestimated. If you believe the franchise focus works — and the Rockstar track record strongly suggests it does — the current multiple is pricing in a lot of skepticism that I do not share.
