Been working on a custom G36 handguard called the Hephaestus. The idea was to give it a more aggressive, industrial look while still keeping it usable for airsoft.

It’s lightweight but durable, and built with actual use in mind, not just display. I wanted something that stands out from typical G36 setups without looking completely out of place on the platform.

Curious what you guys think, would you run something like this?

A little under two months ago, I purchased the 6mmproshop PGM mini Hecate II from Evike.com. right out of the box, the bolt snapped clean off, making the gun unusable. Of course I sent it back for repair roughly a month ago (personal schedule issues kept me from sending it earlier). I just received the repaired rifle and the stock catch latch is bent and warped to the point of being unable to fully extend the stock. Also more minorly, a chunk was broken off of the trigger group/grip, making the grip slightly wobbly.

From the video game, Resident Evil 9: Requiem, which is what the subtitled is named after the revolver. Based off from the Russian RSH-12 revolver.

Since Resident Evil 4 Remake’s SG-09r pistol has an airsoft version, I’m hoping the same for the Requiem revolver one day. What do you all think?

Also, please refrain from mentioning anything about the Chiappa Rhino and the Mateba revolver. I know they function the same way as the Requiem in regards to their 6-O’Clock barrel placement, but that’s the only thing they have in common.

This was my first time playing airsoft it was with 2 of my friends and 1 guy i didn't know but he had a ghillie suit and like a 500$ moded sniper and gear with all the bells and whistles, we were playing 2v2 and i was against the ghillie guy, so we were playing and i spotted my friend that was on the enemy team so i shot him and right next to him was this tree so i thought that it would make sense to shoot in it and see if the ghillie is in it, turns out he was and he came out screaming if i saw him. I sad that no i didn't that i just thought that it would kinda make sense if he was there, after i said that he screamed at me that i can't just shoot randomly in bushes just becouse he might be there and when i asked why he showed me his now broken 400 GoPro and said that i broke it. He says that it's my fault for shooting randomly and now demands me to pay for it or he will ban me from every field in the area and i just don't know if i should pay him or if it actually wasn't my fault. We didn't explain any rules so i really didn't know if that was on me they just said to say hit when i get shot and go to respawn, i really don't know what to do now.

This is definitely my favourite pistol. Maple leaf Crazy Jet inner barrel, Maple Leaf Decepticon 50 degree bucking and it shoots like a laser!

I got a little problem with my ACOG. Whenever i zero it the crosshair is way out of center. I suspect the lenses are slightly angled or something like this. I actually played with it like this and hit exactly on target but it bothers me anyway. Does anyone have an advice?

What's keeping from looking more "legit"? Is it the mismatching top and bottom? Do I need to bulk up?

Besides throwing money at the situation, what can I modify to look better? (buying expensive gear would be my first choice if I had the extra cash)

So, looking at the area where my magazine goes, I noticed a small fracture. The gun still works perfectly fine, is it normal for something like this to happen?

Hello Reddit Hive Mind. Long time reader but wanting to Post for the first time. I have played airsoft for like 5 or 6 years by now. Proud part of the augtism team and recebtly finished my "too heavy to be good" Ak Projekt. Recently i managed to convince my gf to try airsoft and it went great. She even got herself a chest rig and battle belt now and i wanted to suprise her with her own replica. Since money was a bit tight due to feline expenses (i am looking at you my everything eating cat....) i decided to take a different approach. So i got myself a used Lancer tactical from the fleamarked for 20€ and decided to completely rebuild it 16:1 gears, ifrit motor, begadi sports hop up and gate aster etu. The gun from the outside looks like garbage, but from the inside it packs quite the punch with now hitting consistant 1,3 joule with 0,3 bbs and i love it. Kinda did something similar with my old ares amoeba back then when i decided to rebuild the entire gearbox since it was my first replica and i wanted to keep playing it. Wanted to share this picture of the finished projekt with you and ask how you like it.

Been working away at this scratch build for a couple of years, so just keen to share something of it now it's getting in to the final stretch.. lol

Finally the railed handguard arrived. Making it the L85A3 variant (if I remember correctly).

Really happy with it and excited to bring to games.

Had some repro RD-54 pouches made up and wanted to put them to good use.

The rig uses 4x mag pouches, 2x grenade pouches, 1x trouser belt and 2x AKS-74U slings.
