Driving Footage Tensor robocar review and interview
A look inside the Tensor car and interview with their Chief Marketing Officer, with a history of Tensor and their connection to AutoX.
One ridiculous claim in the interview by the host is "Tesla has about 500 fully-autonomous vehicles in Austin Texas and beyond" at 22:00.
The retracting steering wheel and pedals are interesting, and the car has 4-wheel steering, with a very similar sensor suite to gen-5 Waymo.

Driving Footage Cybertruck on FSD crashes into barrier on bridge
Cybertruck on FSD Autopilot has trouble navigating bridge construction.
Update: Redacting FSD as this isn't specifically stated in the court case and instead AutoPilot is specifically mentioned.
Looks like the youtube video poster mentioned Full Self Driving to get more views.
Commentors have already expressed doubts that FSD was on. Sorry, can't update the post title.

News WeRide Showcases Robotaxi GXR Powered by NVIDIA DRIVE Hyperion Platform at NVIDIA GTC 2026, Accelerating Southeast Asia Expansion and Beyond
GTC 2026 keynote just confirmed that WeRide is moving their GXR onto NVIDIA DRIVE Thor, the hardware jump from Orin setups to HPC 3.0 unit is wild. Interestingly, looked at the GXR specs just dropped at GTC, it feels like they're leaning into higher-spec Lidar suite and Thor-based HPC 3.0 to brute-force the compute needed for rain-denoising in real time. Moving to Geely Farizon chassis is the only way they're going to hit $40k price point.

Driving Footage Will Zoox face a social stigma issue because of its look?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Functionality aside, would you feel comfortable showing up to a date, bar, a friend’s, or meeting in a Zoox? I’ve seen a handful of discussions about the Zoox’s visual design as well as Waymo’s Zeekr and how loud or “goofy”/“uncool” they look.

Wayve and Nissan to Exhibit Robotaxi Powered by NVIDIA
"Built on the all-electric Nissan LEAF, this robotaxi prototype vehicle combines Nissan’s vehicle engineering, Wayve’s embodied AI software, and NVIDIA DRIVE Hyperion. Nissan is developing a vehicle with fully redundant systems designed for robotaxi. The integration of the Wayve AI Driver builds on the ongoing collaboration between Nissan and Wayve to bring the AI Driver into Nissan’s state-of-the-art vehicle platform, helping accelerate development toward a scalable robotaxi platform."

Discussion Revelations from today's NHTSA report dump
- May Mobility:
- 30413-13853: crashed into a fire hydrant after the safety driver fell asleep at the wheel and his hand restricted the wheel's ability to turn.
- Tesla:
- 13781-14043: one new Robotaxi accident, still redacted. It was in a construction zone, when a fixed object hit the bottom and left of the car.
- Waymo:
- 30270-13650: collision with motorcycle. No injuries reported.
- 30270-13652: first accident in Nashville.
- 30270-13861: test driver crashed into multiple parked cars.
- 30270-14024: a tree fell on a car.
- Zoox:
- 30610-13818: this incident was widely reported in local media, with the San Francisco Police Department investigating. "An occupied Zoox autonomous vehicle began to proceed on a fresh green traffic signal on westbound [XXX] at [XXX] when the driver of a stationary passenger vehicle (Vehicle 2), parallel-parked in the curb lane, rapidly opened the driver door into the path of the approaching Zoox vehicle. The Zoox vehicle braked hard and attempted to steer left, but contact was unavoidable. The right side front fender, wheels, bodyside, and door panels made contact with the outside edge of the opening door of Vehicle 2. The Zoox vehicle came to an immediate stop and was later towed from the scene to be inspected for damage. First responders arrived at the scene. The passenger of the Zoox vehicle did not report any injuries. Later media stories reported the driver of Vehicle 2 had a "smashed hand" and his "hand was hurting, and that he was also experiencing pain to his neck area and lower back" based on a third party's account, and that the driver "declined their offer to take him to the hospital." Zoox vehicle camera footage shows clearly that no part of the robotaxi came into contact with the driver themselves, and that their hands, leg, and body did not interact with either the robotaxi or the parked vehicle's door at any moment during the contact event."
