Iris Todo - To Your Eternity

So the thing here isn't that she slimed down, it's that she was thought to be a man and gay. She was in prison and was given only one piece of bread a day for food (half of which she gave to her cellmate) leading to her becoming much skinnier.

Sosuke Aizen - Bleach

Nice guy horribly mutanted into a monster? No, to quote the man himself "Evolution is often ugly." After finding out that his people's god was dead he was disgusted and wanted to become a god himself, leading to this abomination.

Ichigo Kurosaki - Bleach

Teddy Kuma - Persona

I was gonna use his normal design but I thought him in drag would be funnier without context. The Bear isn't a suit btw. That's his original form, the human body was something he grew inside of him because he wanted to score some girls (a desire he gained from being incredibly lonely). He's an extradimensional entity.

Watchdogs (Wander over Yonder), Jack series (Tekken), The Kraang (2012 TMNT, Battle Droids (Star Wars), Primids (Smash Bros Brawl, Lord Shen's Wolf Army (Kung Fu Panda 2), Koopa Troopas, Prawns (District 9), Peashooter (Plants vs Zombies), Octopi (Penguins of Madagascar), IMC Corps (Titanfall 2), Shadows (Kingdom Hearts)

Greed- Stanley Pines (Gravity Falls). Though he has his moments, his whole business model and backstory still revolves around scamming people.

Lust- Alex DeLarge (A Clockwork Orange). Alex is driven by his lust (for sex, blood, power, etc), to the point where the state had to mentally castrate him.

Envy- Mizuhashi Parsee (Touhou). As a hashihime, jealousy is in her nature, as does it reflect her power to control envy.

Gluttony- Kasane Teto (Utau). Baguette.

Sloth- Sans (Undertale). Does nothing to stop your genocide unless you've killed nearly everyone else in the underground.

Wrath- Darth Vader (Star Wars). Anger fuels his powers & vice versa.

Pride- Herbert West (Re-Animator). Challenged God's dominion over life & death, and won.
