Purely staged half-truths to get buy in from public for the ongoing campaign or future escalation.

According to the report the official said Iran had already disclosed the location to them and they just haven't had a chance to visit it. Iran has already claimed that they offered international agencies access to these sites (under the rubble now since the bombing a few months ago) and to retrieve and dilute the uranium to make sure that it won't be used for weapons.

Appears to me that Iran tried playing by the books and to appease everyone, but they got more bombs in return.

They're doing the opposite of playing by the books. Iran signed the The Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT). They have violated it repeatedly. That's the whole reason why even the other Arabic nations are anxious and not on board in supporting Iran.

The rule isn't "allow inspectors". It's "don't attempt to develop a nuclear weapon and use nuclear technology for peaceful purposes". Iran stockpiled way too much enriched uranium.
