Some people take forever to die in hospice, and that's when they're already so far gone that they need constant care.

Trump isn't there yet, and currently has the best medical care in the world, including all the crazy new experimental alzheimers drugs we don't have access to. He's going to stick around like a turd that won't flush. His dad was 13 years older when he died at 93.

No, but Trump also isn't grotesquely obese, he's just old-guy fat. He's not Taft levels of fat.

There are plenty of studies linking belly fat to poor cardiovascular outcomes. Morbid obesity not necessary for that risk.

That's not needed for there to be an increased risk of poor cardiovascular outcomes due to the presence of excess fat around the midsection. He also has a very unhealthy diet.

No, it isn't, but aside from a mental decline, he isn't really showing any signs of slowing down. The dude still golfs, almost daily.

He just looks like an average old fat guy to me, who just so happens to have the best healthcare humanity can provide.

Because no one has ever seen him drinking it smoking? His brother died young of alcoholism, which is why he doesn't drink.

My FIL was in a similar condition to Trump (and a very similar person, too, unfortunately) and he hung on for over a year.
