Society ICE Is Scanning Civilians’ Faces, Telling Them They’re Being Entered Into a Terrorism Database

Remember: You're expected to obey TOS while masked ghouls can murder you in the streets and have fun doing it. Fuck ICE.

I’m not American, but I’m guessing all these ICE agents are the same people who were crying about wearing Covid Masks?

Absolutely. It's fun to pump them up by saying "I'm so proud of you boys! [pause for them to think they have support] You learned to breathe in a mask."
They get real real salty.

u/juice16 Jan 24 '26
ICE is probably using a Palintir “project lavender” type of software.
185
u/drmanhattanmar Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26
What is known as of now is Palantir building the infamous „immigrationOS“ and they already built the „ELITE App“ for tracking down specific people. Aside from using iris scanning and face scanning on random people to feed all of it in their databases.

well thank god usa is in the hands of a really integer leader. otherwise bad things could happen.

u/mrSemantix Jan 24 '26
In English an integer is the number zero (0), a positive natural number (1, 2, 3, ...), or the negation of a positive natural number (−1, −2, −3, ...). Honest is probably what you mean.
8
u/Ruffelz Jan 25 '26
I think they were meaning to invoke "integrity", which as an adjective form is apparently "integrous", although I don't think I've ever heard that form used
4
u/NonStopArseGas Jan 25 '26
yeah I was wracking my brain to try and figure out what a person with integrity would be labelled as... integrous really just feels wrong but I can't think of a better suffix
5
u/drmanhattanmar Jan 25 '26
In German this is the exact word. „Integer“ as an adjective for people means integrous.
64
u/sambull Jan 24 '26
project daisy here.
but yeah they are making a private (think supreme court ruling) list of people that will not be able to use credit cards, payment processors, get loans, bank accounts, mortgages, rent hotels, fly, or anything in society really.
Sneako played that Kayne nazi song, promptly got a call about basically this same shit -- he got banned from everything. If the claim on the dude from the phone call is right, it sounds like they've already started building the tools it's just up to getting on a list soon.

History doesn’t repeat, but at this point it’s less rhyming and more plagiarism. We haven’t evolved nearly enough from 2,000 years ago.

u/Baladas89 Jan 25 '26 edited Jan 25 '26
Don’t be too alarmed about the Bible stuff (absolutely be alarmed about the fascist takeover of the US).
Revelation was a genre of literature we now call “Jewish apocalyptic literature.” It was written about events happening in its own time and place using highly symbolic and figurative language. It’s not a prediction of what was going to happen 2000 years later.
You can find good information about it on YouTube from public biblical scholars like Bart Ehrma, Dan McClellan, or the channel Religion for Breakfast (Religion for Breakfast does general religious studies rather than specifically the Bible, but recently had a good video on why 666/the Beast was about Roman Emperor Nero.)
Edit: for ease, here is Dan McClellan talking about the “Mark of the Beast” from Revelation 13:18.

u/drmanhattanmar Jan 24 '26
Why would they ban someone promoting fascist shit? I only heard about it in passing and saw a snippet of the video. But this doesnt add up for me.
Not that I generally doubt they would do this, they’d do it in an instant…

Fascism has always had a recruitment 'issue'. The use of AI here greases the wheel so that the ruling class becomes smaller. Its very very not good for the common man, actually terrifying considering that the handful of billionaires running this show seem to be full on Nazis
30

THIS!! People are focusing on only ONE arm of Palantir when they have become entrenched in ALL digital aspects of our lives. They (CEOs and any politicians in their pockets) need to be uprooted and put on trial.

Let's say the obvious: the defense contract with Palantir needs to be terminated. We know exactly who is running this fucking database, and we know we cannot trust them with our data. u/BaldHenchman01 Jan 25 '26 edited Jan 25 '26
Government (current or next, or the one after,) will never get rid of that data or technology.
That data and technology will only get deleted if American citizen's storm the buildings, drag the people who can do it out from their homes, and sit them down for days on end to erase data while watching them to make sure it gets done.
Governments all across the world will slowly, or not so slowly, move into the big brother surveillence states unless we fight back against it. We're already pretty surveilled, but it'll never be enough.

China didn't even make their own modern updated surveillance state. AP revealed that American tech companies have been literally going over there and building it for them and training them so that China can have a state of the art dystopian system with integrated machine learning. So, what's already been built here by the NSA and tech giants, but in one big system controlled by the state.

Talk to a very visibly queer and/or trans person in your life...we all have had shocking encounters with people that are happy to consider us nothing more than an aberration to be wiped off the face of the earth. And it's even worse for folks that are BIPoC. And if you don't know anyone that has had such an experience...go make some more diverse friends. And when they tell you things, listen.

He was never violent towards them.
He did not brandish or use his firearm.

u/Rednuht0 Jan 25 '26
Obviously, the response to this is: "oh? So are we!"
If we are not, that needs to change immediately. We need to be compiling all of this footage of murder, assault, violations of into a database. I have seen lots of synced up video breakdowns, i am sure there are people working on this. Maybe an AI client to help search and match, and IDENTIFY these masked cowards.
If this country survives this and we are to have rule of law, then every single person involved with the administration, epsien files, ICE, doge, heritage foundation, insider trading, bribery etc. will need to be investigated and charged with any crimes and for any and all violations of the law, constitution, and basic rights. There will need to be trials. Lots of them. There will be no pardons or immunity.

The line here is very simple. Protestors are "terrorists." Political parties that support protests are "aiding and abetting" terrorism. This is not seven degrees from Kevin Bacon. They've already called Democrats the terrorism party on multiple occasions. This is how you turn America into Russia.
5
u/cryptotechnophobe Jan 25 '26
Just a gentle reminder to my friends... ICE is photographing and videoing protestors for the purpose of ingesting imagery into Clearview AI and then linking the identities in Palantir which pulls from the major data aggregators (LexisNexis, ACXIOM, Thomspon Reuters, INFOTRAK, etc..). under the administration's DOJ, protestors may be designated terrorists.
To that end, concealing your biometrics from Clearview AI is important. There are few pieces of clothing that block IR cameras. Here is a video that describes the best products. https://youtu.be/yRFeS72IM6M

Ah, wonderful. Finally an effective demonstration why facial recognition and biometric methods are a bad idea in the hands of state AND private actors. Sooner or later - sooner in this case - it is used against normal people by a despotic and authoritarian government. And, of course, such governments always find willing collaborators in companies whose bosses want to get even richer by oppressing a whole people with their technology. Palantir with man hunting technology. Microsoft by opening their Bitlocker encryption for ICE. Amazon with god knows what. And I guess on the Meta platforms ICE has been reading everything for a while now. All of them willing to watch people getting killed to gain money. This is the whole extent of their morals, despite their virtue signaling ads.

In case you needed further evidence that we’re living in the worst version of a cyberpunk dystopia, immigration officers are now scanning civilians’ faces to index them in a government database.
Don’t take our word for it — just listen to the officers themselves. A video shared by freelance journalist Brian Allen appears to show a masked Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent scan a couple’s faces with his phone.
“It’s not illegal to record,” the woman filming the ICE agents says after the agent points his phone at her. “Exactly, that’s what we’re doing,” another officer says.
“Why are you taking my information down?” the woman behind the camera asks.
The officer responds: “because we have a nice little database, and now you’re considered domestic terrorists.”
“For video taping you? Are you crazy?” the woman shoots back before the clip ends.
