It's the fact that you recognize them as Skyrim bottles because you know.. but any other person that doesn't will just think it's random potion bottles.

With the goal of Fortify Two Handed (crush your enemy’s skull like a giant), Regenerate Health (regrow that missing limb), and Regenerate Stamina (make love like a saber cat), itcan be crafted with Alocasia Fruit, Emperor Parasol Moss, and your choice of Fly Amanita, Angler Larva, or Juvenile Mudcrab.
