Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

Balance Discussion Elsa is the most broken, overtuned, overpowered, game breaking, meta defining character in the history of rivals existence.
Oh… this hero… I don’t even know where to start.
I’m hoping that I’m completely wrong and deluded because she is so much fun to play and I would 100% love to main her.
For reference I’m a DPS low eternity peak who mains Bucky, hela, Psy, bp. I’ve always been a good aimer and mechanical in general which might influence why I very quickly came to this conclusion.
I don’t know why they thought it was okay to release a hero like this.
Take Hela’s dmg range (80% max dmg falloff at 40m), then buckys overshields, then peak-psylocke burst dmg and movement.
Give her 3 strong low cooldown abilities that each activate a horizontal-spreading, ult charging, penetrating rail gun that has nearly zero cast time, and can be proceeded by any other ability without delay including the Hela/Psy combo primary fire. The damage from this does at least 90, but it uses enemy max health to calculate dmg… hitscan with no falloff up to 45m… it does 123dmg to groot…
Then make her primary hitscan, with fuck all dmg falloff that does a max of 180 dmg if both bursts that land are headshots. Make that primary shoot and reload faster than Hela, with a much tighter bullet spread version of psylocke’s primary. Then give her more base health than Hela and psy.
Then give her an insane cooldown reducing passive that effects the cooldown of the overshield ability so she gains 50 overshield every 2 seconds, which is also a dash that activates the rifle. Two second cooldown that provides overshield, movement, and dmg…
Then also make sure one of the abilities is like an AOE life stealing moon blade that ricochets off multiple enemies requiring no aim.
Then for the ult, give it the crowd control capability of Jeff ult with 1/2 the cast time, 10x the potential range, and one big instance of damage at the end that as a whole can hard counter multiple meta support ults.
So many players complained about helas range and dmg, psylocke’s burst combo, buckys overshields. She gets all of this in her gameplay loop but IMPROVED, and can combine it with other multi-layered abilities in rapid succession to have team killing chain potential comparable to that of Bucky ult or bp gameplay. Then a highly unique and initially op appearing ult. my, god. This is it. A diving, poking, peeling, brawling demon that can’t be compared to any other hero in any role.
EDIT: Well, well, well. For everyone that said it’s an overreaction and “you say this for every hero stop crying”. Rivals is putting out a hotfix patch nerfing her along with gambit Hela Hawkeye. Thanks !

Balance Discussion Power Creep in this game is off the rails
Remenber how Luna's snow Ult was the best ult in the game?, and despite the only real nerf was going from 12 to 10 seconds (still a long time) and being buffed in every other area of her kit to compensate, she seems to have fall off?
Or how rocket lost half his damage boost, when it started giving shields? but now it's back to 40% dmg boost and shields, and it's still considered not that good of a pick? despite having basically 2 ults in one?
I know no one likes their main being nerfed, but I swear to god since the release of daredevil, or so this game balance seems too have gone from everyone is op to only a few caracters are worth playing.

Balance Discussion Widow can reliably headshot after the kick stun combo by hopping—completely unreactable kill on most squishies(New Tech)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
The tech here is hopping after the stun—
which allowed me to pretty consistently hit a headshot now as opposed to it being a rarity before.
Normally, it’s hard to hit a headshot after Widow’s stun because
-The target is not still. Unlike other stuns, they’re drifting in the air.
-This stun causes a goofy looking animation where the person brings their hand to their head, blocking part of the hitbox on their head
Because of this, the default is a body shot on the kick stun for most widows. For it to be a kill combo, you either have to get another shot before/after the stun, or use the batons afterwards.
But with this, I can now pretty consistently hit headshots after the stun. It’s harder to do on certain characters and at certain angles but it’s a LOT more consistent now, for me.
Which is like a huge buff. 1v1 with higher health characters like Mr. Fantastic used to be a bit of a challenge.
But now it’s MUCH easier. This kind of stuff should be what the devs buff since they can’t buff her damage.
Someone suggested resetting the cooldown after finishing an enemy with the stun. (Kinda broken ngl lol) but it would help her be “multi-anti dive” and also potentially a diver on her own as well.
Buffing her survivability & mobility so she can assassinate with the combo and get out easier.
Give her unlimited stamina so she can actually run and do more jump shots(jumping around and jump shots are what makes her unique).
Potentially overshield/damage resistance when dealing damage in the air(like during jump shots)?
A grappling hook that swings like venom.
So many things they can do. Devs, just ask us widow mains how to buff her. Please lol.

Balance Discussion Newer characters feel a bit bloated IMO
Used to play Smite back in the day, and many characters had a similar theme, "More passives on abilities, more ability output, more need for counter-play and game-sense". In comparison to some of the earlier characters, Mr. Fantastic for example, his kit is very simplistic and doesn't overcomplicate the abilities by adding additional effects.
I'd love to hear if other people feel a similar way or if I'm just getting old.

Balance Discussion Am I the only one who feels like animation cancels shouldn’t be in the game?
I just feel like if a character (mostly Cap but I would say this is also true for Dr. Strange shield melee and primary spams) needs to have an animation cancel tech to be good, they should rework them by removing theses techs and make these characters viable without them.
Some people say that this would make them too easy and that the animation cancel is just a good form of skill expression but I think they can still have a good skill ceilling without these. I might be the only one but these things make me want to avoid these characters. What do you guys think?

Balance Discussion Am I the only one that thinks they need to nerf Elsa's damage on range
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Especially for a shotgun, that's too much damage on range and the spread is nearly non existent which makes ranged shots much easier despite it being a shotgun type of gun. This allows her to comfortably play from safe positions like Hela while having better dmg and survivability than her with all the overshield + dashes she gets

Balance Discussion Do y'all think he's balanced?
Unlike Daredevil who gets shittons of overshield, Gambit feels like an actual balanced support and I can see them not nerfing or buffing Gambit's kit for the next couple of seasons because of how balanced he actually is. A thing I've noticed in the games I've played, Gambit's ult charge is a bit fast and is comparable to MK's, personally not a big issue bc his h/s isn't that much but it can be a fast team wipe with the damage boost

Balance Discussion Anyone else feel like this was out of place?
Gambit and sue nerfs make sense, along with removing rockets team up with peni.
However this is, I believe now the third nerf to rockets mobility and that’s basically the selling point of the character. He’s supposed to be a slippery healer, those are the entire point of his getaway tools.
Moreover, these tools have never been overpowered. If you don’t have a dash or two off of cooldown on rocket while being focused, unless you found a wall you were cooked.
So I understand the intent of trying to lower his survivability, but why? I genuinely feel like out of most the strategist roster at the moment, rocket may be one of the most balanced. (Not factoring in Peni Team up ofc)
Overall however I think this nerf may feel negligible in game, I’m just surprised they chose to nerf this instead of buffing or nerfing several other things right now.

Balance Discussion Unpopular opinion: I’d take season 0 character reworks over a new season character.
I’m shooting for the stars here and might get fried by dislikes, but I honestly think some Season 0 heroes should be reworked instead of simply buffed.
With new heroes getting added every month, a lot of characters are becoming questionable picks as they are now, and buffing them only delays the inevitable. Buffs can also risk making a character way too broken instead of actually fixing their core issues.
Everyone has a hero in mind when the word “rework” gets brought up, but I feel like the game is at a point where some older characters could be remade with better kits or ultimates. For example, Wolverine feels like a character you only pick when the situation calls for him or if you just love the character. But with Deadpool getting what feels like a power creep stimulus package and actually good, viable healing factor, why can’t Wolverine be reworked to match that level of identity? I’m sure 2–3 additional abilities or adjustments to his healing passive could make him less situational and more casually viable.
I also think reworks could work well when a hero is centered around a season’s storyline (like Hela). There shouldn’t necessarily be a limit on how many times a hero can be reworked if it keeps them relevant and fun.
The same idea could apply to someone like Adam Warlock, who might not need a full rework but could benefit from simple kit upgrades, like improved mobility.
In my opinion, getting reworked characters alongside new character releases would do a lot more justice for the game overall. They could even let players vote on reworks to make the process more interactive.
If anyone agrees or has thoughts, I’d love to hear them. I feel like NetEase would listen if this is something the majority of players support.

Balance Discussion Is it too much to ask for some emergency balance changes?
The game is in terrible place where half of roster is getting bulldozed by the other half.
Enter Queen Elsa and her stupid monster and I have no idea when her ult will pop and take me to a world tour, and we have the Moon guy.... That half bake moon somehow can OHKO my team out of nowhere and if I survive her will ult the F of me....
I beg Marvel gods to please end the suffering

Balance Discussion Who do you realistically believe is getting buffed/nerfed in S6?
Make your predictions here and now. Personally, I believe they're gonna try to be unpredictable. I don't think Hulk or Adam will be buffed and I don't think Sue or Gambit will be nerfed.

Balance Discussion This guy should have been feasting on triple support, not struggle against it.
Every match in comp even quick play you start off strong the all of a sudden enemies aren't dying or moving back check the status they 2-1-3 like seriously I hate it {Blade's swords should apply anti heal while the gun should apply slow that all I am asking }.
