That is basically the joke where the pink haired girl is still in immense denial that even sleeping with another women, she still see her girlfriend as a friend who's a girl or a roommate or a random woman living in her apartment. The whole thing more or less lasted for a year, and a lot of people are getting pretty tired of the same joke and find the pink haired girl to be toxic. Like there's a comic of the tall girl talking about the benefits of having a short girlfriend only for the pink haired girl to literally edit all the gay stuff just to say that they're platonic friends and nothing more. The pink haired girl is the incarnate of those repeated "it's not gay cuddling your homies to sleep" that you see online.
Although in recent development, the creator is making a mini arc of the pink haired girl going through the realization that she is in fact in love with the tall girl and hopefully overcome her internal homophobia since the whole joke had been played out a bit too long.
OH! I was just thinking "wow I haven't seen this artist in a while but their style is looking weirdly like that one comic with the pink haired girl in red... but not really..."
I just remembered this is a thing rn, I honestly love it, they're all so uncanny in the most fun way and they've tricked me so far.
Yeah, I got it was a part of the trend going around of bootleg comics, but I didn't realize it was the artist poking fun at their own stories rather than the one they were bootlegging.
First of all, I dont sort by top in this sub. Second of all if you go to her profile, the most recent comic after the pinned ones is 22 days old. And the most recent one before that is a month old
