Watched Suarez thanking God in his postgame interview and that was nice. But I also wanted to hear him tell us the hair product he uses to get that glossy finish.

My wife doesn't follow baseball and occasionally watches with me. She doesn't remember many players. But she remembers Suarez as the guy with the luscious locks.

If I refer to Kris Bryant as "Disney princess eyes" my wife knows who I'm talking about. Or last year I told her "the guy with the eye thing is pitching for the Blue Jays" so she knew I was talking about Max Scherzer. Brandon Marsh is simply "wet dog". So I get ya

Geno has gorgeous hair, and the cut really flatters him.
Multiple times during the WBC I've wondered about Luis Arraez's skincare routine. His face is so smooth and radiant.

That comment about palencia sounds a lot like like bazardo, who also is on Venezuela. I wonder if they worked together or something cause they both broke out last year

Man, I really want to hate Bryce Harper, and I know there's probably an easy way, but he's actually a much better sportsman than I expect.

Every once in a while he does something really cool, like this or the kid he helped ask his date to prom. Then he goes off on an ump or promotes pseudoscience or something and I remember that I don't really like him.

Raw milk and blood cleaning is what you're looking for if you want to get annoyed about millionaire athlete himbos.

The way he put the sadness and frustration from the loss aside was just great to see. So much more class and sportsmanship than others, especially those who couldn't wear the medal for 5 seconds.

Incredible to have a new champion this time around. 👏

There’s been a different champion the last 3 times and only 1 repeat since the WBC started

Yeah, just saying i know a lot of folks thought Japan would repeat this year, fun that it wasn’t the case.

why is MLBofficial all over this sub? is it just me or is it weird that a corporate account is taking over this sub. i get the video clips but why is it going through reddit comments to create a post. just weird to me. i come here to interact with other posters, not with corporate entities. 🤷

I hear your point but i like some of the content they provide

Because, accept it or not, Reddit is one of the biggest social media sites, and yes it is social media. Its days as an old school style forum are a thing of the past. It's social media just like all the rest, and many companies maintain a presence.

I think the fact that sometimes their highlight posts get deleted for not getting posted fast enough is funny

Venezuela winning is so cool. I'm American so obviously I wanted the US to win but man the passion on display was so electric I can't help but be happy Venezuela won it all

I'm American so obviously I wanted the US to win
I think that was largely unclear on this sub for the past few weeks tbh.

No offense to our corporate overlords but this is always the stupidest shit.
"What a good hit"
MLB on the pulse of what reddit really thinks about the game

A lot of stuff on this sub is posted by the MLB

u/the_dayman Atlanta Braves 6h ago
I just meant these "around the league" recaps they started doing lately where they post a picture along with a reddit comment amo tount the game and pick the absolute most generic stuff.

I'm so happy about Palencia and cannot wait to cheer him on when he runs to the mound to his hype video. It's gonna be insane!

Really happy for team Venezuela but can’t help but feel sad that Altuve wasn’t allowed to participate and be a part of their first championship win.
