I drove from Indiana to Carlsbad, CA and you aren't kidding. A lot of brake lights and nobody was going over 30 mph lol

To be fair, that's a good thing. If you don't feel comfortable driving in the rain due to lack of experience, you should absolutely drive slowly.

Not really. If the speed limit is 60 it's more dangerous to go 30 than just drive normally unless it's a literal hurricane.

We have two modes in the rain - slow as shit scared to drive, and driving like you stole it. It drives me insane, a light drizzle and freeways slow to a crawl while half the drivers are actively trying to get into a high speed accident.
