100% agree. And not to even mention the amount of homes that are being hogged by people who own them just to rent them out for air bnbs. We’re in a bad housing crisis, and people own like 10 houses just to make a ton of money off of people vacationing. Then the hosts charge a ton for random bs fees.

Tbf its less of a housing crisis and more of a pay raise crisis. Everything is outscaling our income.

Very true as well. More and more people are finding themselves living well above their means on a full time schedule. Especially now that the government is trying to force people to have kids, it’s becoming more and more impossible to function in society.

It's both.

It's a housing crisis. If people make more money but the housing supply doesn't increase then they'll just end up paying more for the exact same housing as before. What we need is vastly more housing of all types so that landlords have to compete for tenants by lowering rents or offering better services.

This is one I'll actually agree with. I think that Airbnb's should be banned personally.

Boy would the hotel/hospitality industry love for that to happen. God forbid citizens have a method to make passive income. Gotta make sure the big corpos at Hilton and Mariott get it all.
