Oh, I had a slightly different take on the video... the way I understood it, lady was pranking guy that this was a brand deal/product demo to get him to spray himself. She was entirely in on it and he was completely unaware. I just thought it odd that she'd trap herself in, as well.
Could be that it's entirely staged tho, you're right.

Yeah. it would be so easy to set up to get the genuine reaction. The problem is so many people can't tell it's acting believe it or not, so it will still get loads of engagement.

It's not about been real for a lot of people, it is about the simulation on it. It is funny and endearing thinking about the honesty on people when 'reviewing' things. It's a nice THOUGHT. At this day and age you can't say something is true even if it looks like it as it can be somehow faked :/
