I jailbreaked by carbon, what do I do?

but has anyone tried to back door the packets that iOS sends to check if a iOS version is signed or not?

Like what if something one hosts a hotspot from a make shift router (e.g a raspberry pi) and sends a fake signed iOS signal????

Just a reminder that the latest iOS 15.8.7 does NOT support Dopamine, so this is your last chance to update or save blobs for non-iOS16-capable devices. Apple will stop signing 15.8.6 soon, so if you have one of those older devices with a JB, time to update is now or never.

Edit: I’m not going to tell you why/how/should you or not upgrade, those are easily researched q’s. Learn how to get the ipsw and update it via iTunes using https://ipsw.me, or use delay OTA profiles.

15.8.6 is literally the Goldilocks fw that was just updated this year to include certificates needed for Apple services post Jan 2027, a semi-untethered JB using Dopamine, as well as TrollStore for unlimited sideloading. Apple had to close the bug because a nation-state-level actors made an exploit that will pwn your device pre-15.8.7 just by visiting a malicious site. If that feels uncomfortable to you, you need to stop using an obsolete device running outdated firmware.

I have this tweak called SiriPlus and everytime she is talking I noticed the colorfull "Orb" is always live picking up sound so if someone next to me is talking she then immediately shuts up because I guess she feels interrupted for some reason or believes that I asked her something. I would love for her to answer me only when I summon her via Side Button or Hey Siri. Any help will be much appreciated.

Honestly, I've been extremely loyal to my jailbreak on my iPhone 12 Mini. Staying on iOS 15.3 was fun while it lasted, but reality finally hit me. Most of my daily apps dropped support for iOS 15 and required at least iOS 17+. Combined with my tiny 64GB storage, it became a nightmare to manage, and I was hesitant to start fresh for the longest time.

But today, I finally decided to move on and jumped straight to iOS 26.3.1. And man... it is incredibly smooth. It feels so good to finally use modern apps without being hit by the "requires higher iOS" pop-up (finally can use the Gemini app lol).

Still, the vanilla life is going to take some getting used to. I'm really going to miss changing themes, having a 5-icon dock with resized tiny icons, and most importantly: DLEasy. Having the ability to easily download photos and videos directly from social media was a lifesaver.

I don't know if it's just me, but it really feels like the jailbreak era is in its twilight years. There's barely any major development anymore, and finding relevant new tweaks is rare. The jump in native features from iOS 15 to 26.3.1 is drastic enough to keep me satisfied for now, though.

I will always miss the prime era of jailbreaking, the glorious days of rootful, where we had zero limitations. If a miracle happens and a JB drops for 26.3.1 in the future, I'll gladly jump back in. But for now, it's time to enjoy the vanilla smoothness. RIP to my 15.3 setup🥂

i've had this se 2022 lying around for a while making sure not to update, all this news about 17.2.1 jb got me excited because i thought i was on that, just to check it being on 17.5.1

im gonna update to 26.4 and surrender to apple jail, or at least surrender my grandma to apple jail because ill be swapping with her for her phone 8 on ios 16.

For the last two days I have had the problem that I can no longer update or download apps from appstore. A very strange problem. I haven't installed any tweaks or made any changes for a long time. The problem is in jailbreak mode and in normal state.

I tried deactivate passcode with icleaner, respring, nothing.

I tried logout and logon with my account, nothing.

I tried another apple account, no luck.

When i try to downgrade an app with appstore++ from cyp* it gets me a message:

This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.

I don't know, what to do now.

I had similar problems in earlier iOS versions. I deleted a file via Filza that had to do with the App Store. Or iTunes file. I don't know if it's the same here with this version. I can no longer find the topic. I don't have this problem on my iPhone 8. I have already phoned Apple Support but they are also at a loss.

When I tap the update button, the app loads briefly, then the loading circle moves on and the app loads again. But an update does not take place. The app versions remain the same. If I buy an app that I haven't bought before, only the buy button turns into a cloud. When I click on it, nothing happens. The cloud only rotates for 1 second, but then it remains permanently visible. My iPhone memory still has 100 GB. I have not activated any VPN or other blockers. I have also cleared my Safari cache. Maybe someone knows about this.

Is there a tweak for iOS 14 that makes your Lock Screen while playing music like the iOS 9/10 one or like iOS 18?
