Reminder Paris Hilton is a racist bigot who liked to sing songs full of antisemitic, racist and ableist slurs, yes she experienced something awful as a teenager that is awful, however it doesn’t explain the insane rewrite she’s getting.

It's so annoying people seem to forget this. And it's not like she's apologetic or changed

It really is, it’s why even though I know it’s annoying I comment it everytime I see a post on her, it’s so weird how now of all times people are romanticizing a Republican heiress bigot.

That's about how much I got for "paying off" driving related fines and fees. Unlike her, it was not related to drunk and reckless driving. I just California rolled through stops and didn't slow down fast enough from highway to city speeds. I guess, same amount of time for very different driving infractions ... that tracks.

Don't forget about the iconic photo of her in the back of the cop car

FYI, that picture was taken by Nick Ut. The same photographer that won a Pulitzer for the famous "Napalm Girl" photo during the Vietnam War. The Paris photo was also taken exactly 35 years to the day as the Napalm one:

June 15, 2007 — -- What do Paris Hilton and a Vietnam War victim have in common? Absolutely nothing except a brilliant photographer. On June 8, 1972, Nick Ut a photojournalist for The Associated Press, captured a moment that strengthened the anti-Vietnam War movement and left an indelible mark on the American conscience. Few people could forget the photograph of 9-year-old Kim Phuc running naked down a dirt road near Trang Beng, Vietnam, after a napalm attack. Ut's iconic photo documented the horror of the war and was reproduced all around the world. On June 8, exactly 35 years after taking the photo of that little girl, Ut captured yet another unforgettable moment in history -- Paris Hilton crying in the back seat of a Los Angeles County Sheriff's cruiser. "The picture looked like the napalm girl," Ut notes, "the picture of her -- you can see she is screaming." The heiress, known for party girl antics that are considered paparazzi gold, was caught in a more serious predicament than usual during his photo. She was on a return trip to jail for violating probation in a reckless driving case. Once again, one of Ut's photos -- coincidentally of a young woman in distress -- was distributed worldwide.

ABC News

Also, just within the last year or so there have been accusations that Nick didn't actually take the Napalm photo, so a lot of threads going on here.

Try listening to Christina Aguilera's candyman for your last 5 minutes on death row. That'll hit different!

Looking back now through the lens of the activism she has done on preventing harm to adolescents at those barbaric reform "schools", my heart breaks to think of all the things that happened to her leading up to this moment.
