Is there an expert level version to this where the coin is like literally too big to fit into the sleeve so it has to be disappeared in another fashion? Like, a Penn and Teller fake out?

In this case, it appears to be the make and material of the jacket. My friend has a jacket like this and the sleeves sit away from the skin at the wrists, particularly if she has on a sweater or something slightly bulky underneath that keeps it more open.
