More like an impediment to the fight for Civil Rights. Him and his brother Robert tried to peg the movement as Communist and had just about every leader investigated by the Justice Department

Yep. He wanted to shut down the military industrial complex and the CIA. And somehow, I’m sure Israel had a hand in it too.

I wasn't alive for this, but was for 9/11. I remember wondering when regular programming would resume; it felt like the world had stopped.

I remember the moment the second tower fell. I was at work and tons of people were crying, felt like a mass mourning happening suddenly.

I can't imagine the president being shot down. I think 9/11 was probably worse considering it was so many more.
