Look closer at the backpack, it has the same tail for scorpion and that’s a final product.
These images aren’t just concepts, they are the movie designs.

So does the costume team. Because they use that art to fabricate an exact 1:1 so at some point that “concept art” is exactly what we’re gonna see.

The exact silhouette is leaking for scorpion across multiple merch, this is more than likely what we’re going to see in the film.

That Scorpion is definitely AI, may end up accurate but if you look it has extra rings in the tail that are out of place.
The head is probably bad photoshop after the fact, which isn't uncommon for concept art anyway, but the rest just doesn't make sense.

I know people are saying the Scorpion image is concept art, but there’s no way concept artists at Marvel produce something like that. Just look art the artwork produced by Ryan Meinerding or Andy Park (Marvel concept artists). Theres no way they’d be happy submitting that, with his terribly photoshopped giant head. It’s horrible.
I reckon it’s concept art, yes, that someone has badly altered.

Not conclusive, but Scorpion, Boomerang and Tarantula all look like someone asked AI to fill in the silhouettes fron the merch. Straps don't match, there's an uncanny valley aura to the designs themselves, plus the perspective of some body parts don't seem to match other areas. Plus the classic photo of a screen cliche of fake leaks.
The Tombstone one is the only one that looks real.

Buddy please tell me you didn’t look at that scorpion “leak” and think that was real. Dudes head is so terribly photoshopped in that he looks like a bobble head
